All packages include your 1 hour sessions with your coach; tailored nutritional guidance and accountability; additional programming if required; access to exclusive members page; community events, discounts and benefits.
Hybrid Training
This is the perfect blend between 1-1 Personal Training and the benefits of having a dedicated coach with the fun community aspect of the group class. These packages include 1 hour sessions with your coach; tailored nutritional guidance and accountability; additional programming if required; up to 3 classes per week (can upgrade to unlimited); access to exclusive members page; community events, discounts and benefits.
