My time within the fitness industry has covered helping your average gym goer shed a few pounds, to guiding beginner level runners through their first marathon, all the way up to leading clients through cardiac rehab training when recovering from major health issues.

On a personal note, I enjoy triathlon and love coaching others when they want to train towards endurance sports. Similarly, I’m always keen to share my love of CrossFit and pass on any experience I can to help clients get the absolute most from their time in and out of the gym.

As well as being a certified level 3 personal trainer and CrossFit L1 coach, I specialise in exercise referral and working closely alongside clients to manage serious health conditions in order to improve their lifestyle.
